    Performing tours abroad

(נקודת אור/A Touch of Light/ Louis l'Enfant de la Nuit/ Der Lichtstrahl/ Luis el Niño de la Noche) After its success in Berlin in the Augenblickmal Festival for Children and Young Public which invited the best German shows of the year and one guest country which that year was Israel , the show was invited to tour extensively in Germany where it was performed in the German language. Since 1998 until 2008 it performs all over France having been accepted into the program of Recommended Performances by the League of Teachers for Schools. (Spectacle en recommandé) in the  French language. It has been seen by more than 150000 children in France alone, in the big cities and the smallest villages, more than 2000 shows in theaters and schools with enormous success. (See adjoined clippings). It played for years in France with Patricia O'Donovan who then directed Maya Behar and Lital Tiyano to continue touring. 

Besides the festivals the show was invited to participate in the regular season programs in theaters across France.

An imaginary encounter between a girl living today and the characters from her science book, Aristoteles, Galileo, Newton and Einstein.  At the Bloomfield Science Museum of Jerusalem. THE PICNIC OF THE STARS ( Picnic me ha Sratim) 2002

Playwright, director and designer. Science-Theater: for  the exhibition on natural phenomena. A show for pantomime and open air installation. A tramp walks unknowingly into a movie set prepared for filming natural disasters. His attempts at relaxing and having a picnic become impossible as he unwittingly triggers showers, earthquakes and hurricane winds.  At the Bloomfield Science Museum of Jerusalem. For the general public.

 

HOW TO LIVE No.1/ THE WATERMELLON- EATER(Ojel ha Avatijim). 2000

 Playwright , director and designer. Science-Theater: for the exhibition on the laws of mechanics. A show for actor and an open air mechanical installation. A lazy genius and the enormous energy he invests to build himself mechanical contraptions that help him meet his needs with no effort. Mechanical installation designed with the museums' workshop staff. At the Bloomfield Science Museum. For the general public.

 

ELECTRIFIED BEN ( Leil Searot u Brakim) 1998

Playwright, director, designer and performer. Science-Theater: for the exhibition on sound. Based on the biography of Benjamin Franklin. How he came across his main ideas on the electric current. WHAT BLUE IS BLUE? ( Cajol ba Enaim)

Performed by the Museum's staff. Science show for visiting kindergarten/ school children at the Bloomfield Science Museum of Jerusalem. For narrator/actor, masks and puppets about a bird its blues eggs and a hungry cat that can't see blue. For ages: 3-5.

 

ARQUIMEDES AND HERON

Playwright, director and designer. Performed by the Museum's staff. Science show for visiting kindergarten/ school children at the Bloomfield Science Museum of Jerusalem. For narrator/actor with props and the exhibit at the Museum's Children Corner. About the King Heron of Syracuse and the genius that solved all his problems. Ages: 6-10.

THE TOY DOCTOR (Metaken Ha Tsaatsuim).

Playwright, director and designer. Performed by the Museum's staff. Science show for visiting kindergarten/ school children at the Bloomfield Science Museum of Jerusalem. About gravity and balance for a narrator and a box full of broken toys in need of repair. For ages: 5-10.

 

THE TROLL'S HOUSE (Beit Ha Trollim).

Playwright, director and designer. Performed by the Museum's staff.Science show for visiting kindergarten/ school children at the Bloomfield Science Museum of Jerusalem. For a narrator and a big house on wheels about the daily activities of family of trolls in their house made of found materials and junk but well provided with hand powered mechanical machines, electricity and running water.

 

LOUIS BRAILLE.
